By accessing and playing Skyraid.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Game Rules

Players must:

• Not use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other players via in-game chat
• Not attempt to disrupt the game service or other players' experience
• Not use offensive or inappropriate player names

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban players who violate these terms, including automatic enforcement via our anti-cheat system. Bans are applied by IP address and may be issued without prior warning.

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, code, game mechanics, sounds, and text, is the property of Skyraid.io and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game without explicit written permission.

5. User Content

Player names and chat messages are user-generated content. By submitting content in-game, you grant us the right to display it to other players. We are not responsible for user-generated content and reserve the right to filter or remove it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skyraid.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the game, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or any indirect damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
